Carnival Parades Route. Parades are March 6, 7 and 8. will start the first and third nights from the "Molina" or "Windmill" NE end of the Malecon and on the second night from Marques de Leon. Most of the action is along the Malecón, where the street is blocked off for live entertainment, midway booths and parades.
